Analyzing the comparable recent sales as well as current competition and applying my hands on experiences with buyers and agents excited about Evergreen, leads to the most effective pricing strategy. Here's a quick glance at the recent sales.

Once I walk through your home and understand the levels of finish, views, aesthetic qualities and other nuances I'll be able to refine the range in which the market will respond to your listing.

Based on a review of the pictures of your home and my analysis of the recent sales, pendings and active competition,the objective facts indicate a value in the range of $800-850k.

Since this price doesn't necessarily recognize whether the market will continue to slow down, we'll simply monitor the market activity carefully.
